Theodore "Ted" Louis Waknitz

Theodore “Ted” Louis Waknitz, age 83, of Mankato, died on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at Pathstone Living.

Theodore was born on January 17, 1935 in Waseca County to August and Emma (Radtke) Waknitz.  He graduated from Mankato State University in 1962. 

Ted is survived by his wife of 57 years, Audrey of Mankato; son, Taylor (Kim) Waknitz of Mankato; daughters, Kathryn Anderson of Homer Glen, IL, Christine (Jim) Olson of Tempe, AZ, and Lynnette (Paul) Olson of Chanhassen, MN; grandchildren, Colton (Kaitlyn), Dakota, Nicholas, Alyssa, Michele (Tim), and Ashley (Vince); great-grandchildren, Patrick and Joseph; siblings, Dorothy (Dale) Baldwin of Albert Lea, MN and Phillip (Ginny) Radtke of Bloomington, MN. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings. 

Ted’s wishes were that no services would be held.
