Mildred Louise Ann Albrecht, age 76 died Saturday August 11, 2018 at home in Mankato.

Funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, August 16, 2018 at St. John Lutheran Church in Mapleton. Burial will be at Union Cemetery in Mapleton. Visitation will be held one hour before the service at the church in Thursday. Olson ~ Tichenor Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mildred Louise Ann Albrecht was born March 13, 1942 in Mankato to Walter and Mabel (Colebank) Albrecht. She was baptized and confirmed at St. John Lutheran Church in Mapleton. She entered REM in Mankato in 1981 and lived in various places. She loved cats, liked to go out and eat, watch her Soap Operas and listen to Elvis songs.

She worked at MRCI for 37 years and also worked at the Mexican Village.

She is survived by Lester and Darlene Albrecht, George and Kay Albrecht both of Mapleton; Ernest Colebank Jr. of Mankato, Alfred and Laurie Sorem of Baxter, MN, Eric and Nancy Sorem of Loveland, CO,  Karen and Kent Jeppsen of Worthington, MN, Krista and Carl Kukol of Bakersfield, CA, Kristov Sorem of Oregon; her special friend Sheila and many cousins.

Preceded in death by her parents, and many aunts and uncles.
