Mary C. Adams, age 75, died on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 in Spicer, MN.

Memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, August 15, Northview- North Mankato Mortuary, 2060 Commerce Drive, North Mankato. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery, Mankato.

A memorial visitation will be held for one hour prior to the services on Wednesday.

Mary Cecelia, the daughter of John and Gladys (Vaughn) Jakobe, was born on July 6, 1943 in Mankato. In 1961 she graduated from Good Counsel Academy in Mankato. Mary married Philip Adams on June 24, 1988 in Willmar. Together they owned and operated the State Bank of Marietta. Mary was a member of the Marietta American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, playing pfeffer and solitaire, raising pheasants with Phil, shopping, and traveling to Alaska, Hawaii and Mexico. Mary was also a huge fan of the Minnesota Twins and Vikings. Most of all, she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She survived by her husband, Phil Adams of Mankato; three children, Chuck (Wendy) Tosch of North Pole, AK and their children, Tyler and Tori; Lori Tosch of Mankato, and James Tosch of North Mankato and his son, Jakobe; and three siblings, Greg (Patty) Jakobe of Mankato, Jim Jakobe of Lake Washington and Ann (Henry) Quade of Good Thunder.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
