Victor David Swanstrom, 71, of Mankato, died Sunday, August 5, 2018.

A Committal Service will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 9, 2018 at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery, Mankato. Mankato Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements. 

Victor was born in Waseca Minnesota to Carl and Mary Swanstrom. Victor was a member of Grace Baptist Church. His faith and community were very important to him. He was never without his Bible. Victor worked at MRCI for over 39 years. Everyone who knew Victor, knew he always enjoyed learning about maps and traveling the world. Victor leaves behind many friends and staff whose lives he touched deeply. He will be missed.
