Tho Sanh Huynh, age 93 of Mankato, passed away peacefully on July 24, 2018.
Tho Sanh Huynh was born April 21, 1926 in Cho Moi, An Giang, Vietnam. She was married to Tung Thien Tran in 1954. Their union was blessed with eight children. Tho was a caring and supportive wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be remembered for her spirit, strength, courage, wisdom, and determined support for her family throughout her life. She adored all of her eight grandchildren and was very proud of her family. She leaves behind a legacy and instilled her values in her children and grandchildren. Our family is grieved by the loss of the pillar in our family. We are also thankful for the chance to have had her in our lives. Tho will be missed by all, but her memory will live on in us forever.
She is survived by a younger brother, four daughters, four sons, four daughters-in-law, one son-in-law, eight grandchildren, and many relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, brother, and two younger sisters.
Visitation will be at the Mankato Mortuary on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Funeral services will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Mankato from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
