Richard L. Cain, a lifelong resident of Mankato passed away March 29, 2018 at Oaklawn Rehabilitation Center. Richard was born August 7, 1934 to Ida Rose Cain and Raymond J. Cain.  Richard proudly served in the United States Air Force. He was preceded in death by his parents and longtime companion Zella Germo. He is survived by sister, Kathleen of Ashville, North Carolina; brothers, Gerald of Mankato, James of Liverpool, New York,  David and wife Diane of Bellevue, Nebraska, also several nieces and nephews. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery. Private services will be held. Mankato Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements.
