Dorothy Alyce Warrant, age 93, of Kasota and Lake Washington, died Sunday, November 26, 2017 at Ecumen Pathstone Living in Mankato, Minnesota.

A memorial service will take place at Northview - North Mankato Mortuary on Wednesday, November 29 at 11 a.m. with visitation one hour prior. Private family interment will take place at Kasota Hills Cemetery. Please share a memory with Dorothy’s family on www.mankatomortuary.com. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Mayo Hospice or a charity of donor’s choice.

Dorothy was born June 13, 1924 to Frank and Bertha (Gauger) Roskos in Elysian Township, Minnesota. She graduated from Cleveland High School. Dorothy married Ralph Warrant in Madison, Wisconsin on November 15, 1942. She worked for the St. Peter Regional Treatment Center for many years. Dorothy was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Kasota, the Legion Auxiliary, Women’s Society, and she was a Camp Fire leader. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, planting, and canning. Dorothy’s family will always remember her as a good listener, determined, and sweet.

Dorothy is survived by her children, Carolyn “Carol” (Mike)  Prenzlow of Kasson, MN, Tomas “Tom” (Nancy) Warrant of Lakefield, MN, Nancy (William “Bill”) Miller of North, Mankato, MN, Christine (Thomas “Tom”) Pfeffer of Minnesota Lake, MN; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph; and daughter, Judith Warrant.
