Eileen Dorothy “Dora” Dellwo, 65 of Mankato, passed away October 14, 2017 at Laurels Peak in Mankato.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Mankato. Visitation will take place from 5-7 p.m., Monday, October 16, 2017 at Mankato Mortuary, 1001 N. Riverfront Dr., Mankato. Burial will take place at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery in Mankato prior to the service.

Eileen was born February 21, 1952 in Mankato to Carl and Hildegard (Schulz) Kuehne. She was baptized and confirmed at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Mankato, graduated from Immanuel Lutheran High School, Mankato, in 1970, and briefly attended Immanuel Lutheran College in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

On August 11, 1973, Eileen married Paul Kreutzer in Mankato and they were later divorced.  They had three daughters, Molly, Candice and Kimberly.

On February 4, 1989, Eileen married Robert Dellwo in Mankato and they were later divorced.

Eileen worked at a variety of businesses in the area including the Lincoln Community Center in Mankato, and for 28 years at MRCI in Mankato and New Ulm.

Eileen is survived by her three daughters, Molly (Robert) Mulcahey of Colorado Springs, CO, Candice (Roger) Keen of Austin, TX, and Kimberly (Michael) Weber of Hacienda Heights, CA; six grandchildren, Sarah and James Mulcahey, Allison and Mallory Keen, and Andrew and Taylor Weber; two brothers, Richard (Emily) Kuehne of Orlando, FL, and Clifford (Cordelia) Kuehne of North Mankato; nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Eileen was preceded in death by her parents; and former husband, Robert Dellwo.

Eileen found her comfort and hope in the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, whose perfect life, bitter death on the cross, and glorious resurrection have brought forgiveness and salvation to all sinners. Throughout her life she was an active member of congregations that were faithful to the teachings of Holy Scripture. Through faith in Christ, she is now enjoying the blessings of the Lord in heaven, spoken of in her confirmation verse: “In Your presence is fullness of joy; at Your right hand are pleasures forevermore” (Psalm 16:11)
