Arlene C. Wilson, age 77 of Eagle Lake, died Monday, June 5, 2017.

Funeral service 10:30 a.m., Friday Hilltop United Methodist Church. Burial Eagle Lake Cemetery. Visitation 9 – 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Church. Mankato Mortuary in charge of arrangements.

Arlene was born August 30, 1939 to Edwin and Frances (Mettler) Mans in Belgrade Township, Nicollet County, Minnesota. She was united in marriage to Norman Wilson on July 26, 1957. She was a great homemaker and a loving mother for her family. Arlene was a member of Hilltop United Methodist Church. She loved dancing, cards and good friends that brought her joy.

She is survived by four children, Christine (Robin) Winter of Madison Lake, Coleen (Jim) Murphy of Mankato, Paulette (John) Steinbauer of Mankato, Sherden Wilson of Madison Lake; seven grandchildren, Dr. John (Dr. Anna) Jesus, Kate (David) Herberg, Sarah, Magdalene and Rebecca Steinbauer, Nikki and William Wilson; four great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband, Norman; son, Steven; daughter, Valerie; two brothers, Myron and Edwin Mans.
