Anne Hiller, age 97, formerly of Good Thunder, died on April 27, 2017 at Pathstone Living.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Mankato. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery, rural Good Thunder.

Anne was born March 30, 1920 in Koblenz, Germany to Paul and Anna Runtzel. She married Alvin Hiller on September 8, 1939 at St. John Lutheran Church, Good Thunder. Anne and Alvin farmed in Good Thunder until his retirement in 1991 when they moved to Mankato. She was a member of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Mankato.

Anne is survived by two sons, Wayne (Delores) of Good Thunder and Larry of Apple Valley; one brother, Walter of Hector; daughter-in-law, Michelle (Robert), sisters-in-law, Mary and Louise; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin; son, Robert; sister, Irene; brothers, Otto and Harry; daughter-in-law, Mary-Jane (Larry); and sister-in-law, Marvyl (Walter).
