Beverly “Bev” Ann Strusz-Davis, age 82, of North Mankato, died Sunday, November 6, 2016 at Mayo Health Systems in Mankato

Funeral service is 11a.m., Thursday, November 10, 2016 at St. Paul’s Ev. Lutheran Church in North Mankato. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to the time of service. Burial is at Woodland Hills Memorial Park in Mankato. Northview-North Mankato Mortuary is assisting the family.

Bev was born August 12, 1934 in Mankato to Martin and Bernyse (Nelson) Breitbarth. She was united in marriage to James Strusz on February 26, 1951. She was united in marriage to Alan Davis on August 26, 2006. She owned and operated Strusz Draperies for over 40 years. She enjoyed quilting, ceramics, the outdoors, and fishing at their cabin on Kidd Lake.

Bev is survived by her husband, Alan of North Mankato; daughter, Debra (Roger) Murphy of La Vergne, TN; sons, Tom (LuAnn) Strusz of North Mankato and Don (Julie) Strusz of Mankato; stepsons, Shane (Wendy) Davis of Cottage Grove, WI, Shannon (Julie) Davis of Waunakee, WI; sister, Rita Sandvik of Mankato; cousin, Barb (Tom) Kiffe of North Mankato; 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 5 step-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Karen Breitbarth; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James on November 7, 2002; sister, Sandi Anderson, brother, William Breitbarth; and her parents.
