Dean W. Bradley, 85, of Mankato, died on Sunday, October 2, 2016 at Pathstone Living Memory Care.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, October 7 at 10:30 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery. Mankato Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
Dean was born August 26, 1931 in Amiret Township, MN to Roy and Ann (Sanders) Bradley. He graduated from Morgan High School in 1949. Dean served in the United States Army and was a Sergeant during the Korean War. On November 8, 1955 Dean was united in marriage to Beverly Bloedel in New Ulm. He was a sales rep. for Nabisco for many years and was known to many as the “cookie man.” He was also a realtor for Century 21-Atwood Realty. Dean was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved the outdoors and nature. He enjoyed his time spent at the lake in Brainerd. Dean loved dogs, especially Labradors. He took great pleasure in his grandchildren.
Dean is survived by his four children, Shawn Adams, Shelly (Kurt) Klaustermeier, Luke Bradley, and Rhett (Charlene) Bradley; grandchildren, Clancy and Quinn Adams, Alex, Josh, and Morgan Klaustermeier, and Dugan and Hannah Bradley. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Bev; daughter, Shannon; son-in-law, Doug Adams; and siblings, Roy, Bob, and Sharon Lang.
The family would like to thank Mayo Clinic Health System Hospice and Pathstone Living Memory Care for the wonderful care they provided.
