Jo Anne Moncelle-Lotton

Jo Anne Marie Moncelle-Lotton, 77 of St. Peter, died Monday, September 26, 2016 at Mayo Clinic Healthcare System, Mankato.

A visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m., Friday, September 30, 2016 at Northview-North Mankato Mortuary, 2060 Commerce Dr., North Mankato with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. She will be laid to rest 10 a.m., Saturday, October 1, 2016 at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery in Mankato.

Jo Anne was born May 25, 1939 to J. Clyde and Francis (Halter) Deegan in Mankato, MN. She graduated from Mankato High School in 1958. In 1974, she married Wallace F. Moncelle. He passed away in 1995. In 2007 she married Cyril Lotton.  Jo Anne was known to be an excellent cook who enjoyed it with a passion. She would often bring food to her family and friends. In her free time, she enjoyed sewing and gardening. She was considered to be a loving and caring person who served others first and will be greatly missed by many.

Jo Anne is survived by her husband, Cyril; children, Linda (Guy) Seykora, Paul (Karen) Seykora, and Ronnie Seykora; grandchildren; Alejandri and Jacinta Tolinos and Kelsie, Garret, and Amanda Seykora; 5 great-grandchildren; siblings,Greg, Lawrence, and Phillip Deegan and Mary Date; 9 step-children; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Kevin; husband, Wallace F. Moncelle; sister, Patricia; and brother, Jim.
