Dennis M. Fitzpatrick, age 50 of North Mankato, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, August 31, 2016.

Memorial Mass will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in North Mankato with burial at Calvary Cemetery, St. Peter. Visitation will be from 4:00 – 7:00 pm on Friday at Northview ~ North Mankato Mortuary and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the American Brain Tumor Association.

Dennis Mark was born on December 12, 1965 in Mankato to Charles and Louella (Wolz) Fitzpatrick. He graduated from Maple River High School and then attended Mankato State University. On June 18, 1994 he was united in marriage to Colleen Kay Schroepfer in St. Peter. He was employed 12 years at George Pluym Masonry and 5 years at Central Concrete. He enjoyed the outdoors: fishing, hunting, and snowmobiling; and more recently, doing woodwork.

Grateful for having shared in his life are his wife, Colleen; Daughters: Samantha and Abigail; Brothers: Ron (Sue) of Lake Park, MN and Richard “Rick” (Mary) of Mankato, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Gary and an uncle.
