Daniel Joseph Senesac

Daniel Joseph Senesac, 87, of North Mankato died Monday, August 29, 2016 at Mayo Clinic Health Systems in Mankato. Memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, September 3, 2016 at Northview-North Mankato Mortuary. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial at Woodland Hills Memorial Park Cemetery in Mankato. Dan was born January 1, 1929 to Isaac and Eve (Tibbedeaux) Senesac in Mapleton, MN. He graduated from Mankato High School in 1946 and received his BA from Mankato State University in 1950. Dan was united in marriage to Harriet Wilkinson on June 5, 1957 in Worthington, MN.  He worked as a Shipping Department Supervisor for Continental Can Company. He was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in North Mankato. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, family vacations, reading, old classic movies, HO model trains, joking with others, and most of all spending time with friends and family. Dan is Survived by his daughter, Patrice (Jim) Kirkland of Clarkridge, AR; sons, Timothy (Chasity) Senesac  of North Mankato, MN and Thomas (Linda) Senesac of Rapid City, SD; grandchildren, Alexi (Casey), Nathan, Jana, and Logan; and great-granddaughter, Harper. He is preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Harriet in 2015.
