Patrick Eugene Coult

Pat Coult, son of Louis and Carol Coult, was born on November 18, 1968 in Mankato, Minnesota.  He passed away unexpectedly at home in Vernon Center on August 9, 2016.  He was 47 years old. 

He grew up in Madelia and graduated from Madelia High School, after that he attended Staples Vo-tech for several years. He later married Jennifer Clipperton, and resided in the Madelia/Vernon Center areas working various jobs.   His special interests included fishing, hunting, demolition derbies, and horseshoes. He enjoyed spending time with family/friends.  He was also a member of the Blue Earth County Fair Association. 

Survivors include his wife, Jennifer; son, Ethan Clipperton and son, Cordell Coult (Marissa Brinkhaus Fiancé); mother, Carol; sister, April Embacher; and brother, Christopher Coult; several nieces and nephews; dogs, Festus II and Otis.

Pat was preceded in death by his dad, Louis Coult; his grandparents, Charlie/Loretta Coult and Earl/Inez Harris, HIM who, and Festus I. 

Celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 19, 2016 at 5:30 pm at the Blue Earth County Fairgrounds in Garden City, the Riechel building, visitation will be from 5:30pm until 6:30pm, 6:30pm until 7:30pm fellowship/food, and 7:30pm until 8:30pm, short service and sharing, 8:30pm will be releasing the luminary lanterns. Officiant will be Uncle Maurice Clipperton of Mora, Minnesota.
