Wanda Marie Bigham

Wanda Marie Bigham, born January 22, 1931, passed away peacefully at home on June 25, 2016.

Preceded in death by parents, NG and Clara Skeie; brothers, Glenn, Marlin and Teak Skeie; three children, Timothy, Bobby and David. Survived by her loving and devoted husband of 66 years, Vern; son, Jim (Cindy); daughter, Nancy (Dan) Sheran; son, John (Lisa); son, Mark (Renae); daughter in-law, Susan; grandchildren, Kristin (Eric) Heisman, Ian (Gretta), Ashley, Bobby Sheran, Leighanna Sheran, Kellie (Jayme) Pantekoek, Katie (Mike) Trembley, Billy, Justin (Margaret), Eric (Alyssa), Alex, Wynn, Emma; and six great-grandchildren; sister, Pauline; (Floyd) Mattheis, Marjorie (Richard) Loewe, sister-in-law’s Ruth, Ann, Eunice and many nieces and nephews and friends.

Wanda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, sister, and aunt. She was a kind, humble, caring person that spent her life in service to others and enjoyed every moment of the ride. She was courageous, true, and grateful to the end! She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. The family would like to thank the Mayo Clinic Hospice East team for all their tender love and care.

Visitation will be held from 5-7pm, Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at Northview ~ North Mankato Mortuary. Memorial service will be 2pm, Thursday, June 30th at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Mankato with visitation one hour prior to the service.
