He was united in marriage to Leah (Baggenstoss) Rodriguez on June 5, 1993. Juan attended Gaylord High School with the Class of 1987. He later obtained his GED. He prided himself sharing with his children that each job leading up to his career, he’d start at the ‘bottom and work his way to the top’, learning the skills to understand the company, the position and the people. Juan was employed at UPS as a Supervisor and Trainer of all the package car drivers. He enjoyed and did this with great pride and precision. His goal was to train every driver to be successful. He loved wrestling. He loved football. He loved cooking. He loved reading his daily devotions. Juan is survived by his wife of 22 years, Leah, his six (6) children; son Jonny (Shannon), son Reid (Paige), son Keanu (Kylee), daughter Leza, daughter Liza, son Wyatt, and five (5) grandchildren: granddaughters Tadum, Reaghan, Lilianna and grandsons Keatonn and Quentin, along with “#6” grandbaby due this fall. He was all about his family…always. Family was HIS hobby. Integrity, hard-working, passion, inspiring to others and being purposeful was what he stood for. He will be dearly missed.
