Rosabelle Louise Schultz, 84, died Friday, March 11, 2016, at Monarch Meadows Assisted Living Center.
Funeral 10:00 a.m., Saturday, M arch 19, 2016, at St. John’s Lutheran Church–Danville rural Minnesota Lake. Interment in the church cemetery. Visitation one hour prior to the service at church. Arrangements with Mankato Mortuary.
Rosabelle was born February 1, 1932, in Matawan, Minnesota to Konke and Evelyn (Kain) Steck. She married Marvin Schultz on February 15, 1951. Rosabelle was a lifelong member of St. John’s Lutheran Church-Danville, where she participated in Bible Study, Tabitha Circle, and also served on the Visitation Committee. She enjoyed being a homemaker, spending time with her family, quilting, sewing, and gardening.
Rosabelle is survived by her children, Larry (Lynn) Schultz, Mankato, Rick (Darcy) Schultz, Algona, IA, Kathy (Jeff) Walter, Rochester, Brian (Debbie) Schultz, North Mankato, Nancy (Craig) Friederich, Lonsdale, and Peggy (Steve) Montreal, Port Washington, WI; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Siebert (Joan) Steck, North Mankato; sister, Joyce (David) Soost, Rochelle, IL; sisters-in-law, Delores Steck, Onalaska, WI and Darlene Besser, Waterville; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Marvin; granddaughter, Lauren Schultz; and two brothers, Conrad and John Steck.
