Rosella I. Dallenbach, 85, of Mankato, died on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Keystone in Mankato.

 

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 3 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mark Evangelical Lutheran Church with Rev. Keith Siverly officiating.  Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. at Northview-North Mankato Mortuary and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church.  Burial will be at Woodland Hills Memorial Park.

 

Rosella was born on September 9, 1930 in Mankato to Raymond and Cecelia (Miller) Reichel.  She attended SS Peter and Paul grade school.  On April 7, 1951, Rose was united in marriage to David Dallenbach.  Rose was a homemaker and a caregiver to many people.  She was a member of St. Mark Evangelical Lutheran Church for many years.  Rose enjoyed cleaning, gardening, cooking, and canning.  Most of all she loved spending time with family. 

 

Rose is survived by her children, Diana (Dale) Simonson of Cleveland, Sue (Mark) Zrust of Mankato, and Will Dallenbach of Mankato; grandchildren, John (Erin) Zrust of Mankato, Amanda Zrust and fiancé, Eric Christenson of Plymouth, Bethany Dallenbach of North Mankato, and Sophie and Dylan Simonson of Cleveland; great-granddaughter, Peyton Zrust; siblings, Loretta Saxon, Linda (Clem) Bachmeyer, Dorothy (Donald) Klint, Roger Reichel, and Jerome Reichel; sisters-in-law, Sonya Reichel and Pat Reichel; brother-in-law, James Schultz; and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; siblings, Gerina Pettis, Lorraine (William) Anderson, Raymond Reichel, Darlene Schultz, Duane Reichel, and infant triplets; sisters-in-law, Kathey Reichel and Nancy Reichel; and brother-in-law, James Saxon.
