Elizabeth “Beth” Ellen Timm, age 69 of Mankato, died Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at Mayo Clinic Heath Systems Mankato.

Memorial service 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at Mt. Olive Lutheran Church in Mankato with Rev. John Petersen officiating. Burial in Pilgrims Rest Cemetery. Visitation from 5 – 7 p.m., Monday at Mankato Mortuary and one hour before the service at the church on Tuesday. The family prefers memorials to the donor’s choice.

Beth was born March 23, 1946 to Harry and Leona (Neubert) Gordy in Mankato. She graduated from Mankato High School and Mankato Commercial College. Beth was united in marriage to Ronald Timm on September 20, 1969 in Mankato. She was a homemaker for her family and later she worked at Carlson Craft in the shipping department. Beth was a member of Mt. Olive Lutheran Church and the Red Hat Society.

Beth enjoyed shopping, going out to eat and especially traveling to Daytona Beach in Florida.

Beth is survived by her husband, Ronald; two children, Melissa Timm (John Schanilec) of Golden Valley; Andrew Timm of Mankato; uncle Robert Gordy of Lewisville, GA; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Preceded in death by her parents.
