Chad Richard Zuehlke, age 41, died Monday, February 8, 2016, at Mayo Clinic Health System, Mankato.

A Memorial Service will be held 12:00 p.m., Friday, February 19, 2016, at Mankato Mortuary.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

Chad was born November 7, 1974, in Brainerd to Tom Magnan and Marcia Kendall.  He enjoyed listening to music, spending time outdoors, especially during summer, as well as working construction jobs.  He went to the Alternative High School and received his GED.

Chad is survived by his daughter, Caroline Steinbach; granddaughter, Emilia Steinbach; mother, Marcia Kendall; and brothers, Dan (Jen) Zuehlke, Bob Zuehlke, and Tom Zuehlke.
