Mary Lou Wolters

Mary Lou Wolters, 63, Madison Lake, died Sunday, February 14, 2016 at her home.

A memorial visitation with food and fellowship will be held on Wednesday, February 17 from 4-7 p.m. at Northview-North Mankato Mortuary.

Mary Lou was born on March 26, 1952 in Mankato to Victor and Elaine (Bolin) Frederick.  She graduated from Mankato High School in 1970.  On August 12, 1978, Mary Lou was united in marriage to Steven Wolters.  She enjoyed baking, Pinterest, Facebook, shopping with her daughters, and collecting Mickey Mouse figurines.  Mary Lou loved talking on the phone with her family, whom she was very close with.                   

Mary Lou is survived by her children, Mark (Mona) Wolters, Brad (Shelly) Wolters, Tonya (Terry) Weston, and Melissa (Tim) Austad; grandchildren, Whitney, Chelsey, and Aaron Wolters, Tiffany Gronseth, Tyler (Jasmine), Megan, and Kyle Wolters, Jackie and Cory Weston, and Sophie Austad; great-grandchildren, Kyrsten, Madison, Hudson, and Grady Kotschevar and Ella Wolters; siblings, Dale Frederick, Terry Frederick, Larry (LaVonne) Frederick, Mary Ann (LaVern) Shelton, and Mary Jo Shelton.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Steven Wolters; parents, Victor and Elaine Frederick; brother, Donny Frederick and an infant sibling; and grandchildren, Dustin and Justin Wolters.
