Beverly Jean Mundt, age 64 of North Mankato, died Sunday, December 13, 2015 at Mayo Clinic Health Systems.   Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 17, 2015 at Hilltop UMC. Visitation will be held from 5 – 7 p.m., Wednesday at Mankato Mortuary and one hour before the service on Thursday. Memorials may be given to the donor’s choice.   Beverly Jean Mundt was born December 4, 1951 to Merwin and Jorie (Oldenborg) Ferguson in Mankato. She graduated from Lake Crystal High School in 1970. Bev was united in marriage to Robert Mundt on October 16, 1970 in Lake Crystal.   Bev worked for Taylor Corp. for 14 years. She started her nursing career as a nurse’s aide and worked for various health care facilities.   She was a former member of the Lake Crystal UMC. Bev enjoyed knitting, crocheting, walking her dog Harpo. Bev is survived by her two sons, Robert (Salene) Mundt of St. Peter, Eric (Cori) Mundt of Good Thunder; five grandchildren, Tylor, Brittany, Isabella, Bradley, and Jorie; brother, Glen (Lois) Ferguson of New Ulm; nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by her parents and husband, Robert in 2007.
