his sleep Sunday, December 7, 2015.

Merle D. Mutch, 63, of Mankato, passed away peacefully in
his sleep Sunday, December 7, 2015.
Memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, December 13 from 3-5 p.m. at Bethlehem Lutheran Church (720 S. 2nd St.) with a prayer service at 3:30. Memorials are preferred to the Mankato Salvation Army.
Merle was born September 19, 1952 in Mankato to Ronald and Eunice (Westlund) Mutch. After graduating from high school Merle worked as a pipefitter. Merle enjoyed long walks, animals of any kind, playing the guitar and listening to music.
Merle is survived by his mother, Eunice Mutch of Mankato; sister, Cindy (Dave) Hokeness of Rushmore, MN; brothers, Gary (Barb) Mutch and Scott Mutch both of Mankato; and two nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Mutch.
