Danielle Monique Goette, age 45, of North Mankato, died Sunday, November 29, 2015, at Mayo Clinic Health System – Mankato.

Memorial Service will be 1:00 p.m., Monday, December 7, 2015, at First Congregational United Church of Christ in Mankato, with Rev. Dana Mann officiating.  Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at the church.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred toward her daughters’ educational funds.  Mankato Mortuary handled the arrangements.

Danielle was born on June 27, 1970, in Minneapolis to Timothy and Marsha (Anderson) Berg.  She graduated from Miss Hall’s School in Pittsfield, MA and attended Carleton College in Northfield.  She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Mankato State University.  Danielle was united in marriage to Steven Goette on April 28, 2007, in Mankato.  She was a Pastor at Zoar United Church of Christ in Waldorf.  Danielle enjoyed reading and civil war history.

Danielle is survived by her husband, Steve of North Mankato; two daughters, Victoria and Emily Snyder, both of Sioux Falls, SD; father, Tim (Bonnie) Berg and sister, Desiree Berg, all of rural Mankato; step-brother, Ryan Lund of Mankato; step-sister, Olivia Lund of Mankato; paternal grandmother, Lois Berg of North Mankato; maternal grandmother, Wilma Wellner of Springfield; mother-in-law, Patrice Goette of Dunnell; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Marsha Berg; paternal grandfather, Joseph Berg; maternal grandfather, Leonard Anderson; and her father-in-law, Gary Goette, Sr.
