Kathleen Regan Dailey Kathleen Regan Dailey passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2015. Born to John E. and Winnifred (Maley) Regan on July, 18, 1934 in Mankato, Minnesota. Kathleen attended St. John's Grade School and Our Lady of Good Counsel Academy, then graduated from St. Catherine's College in St. Paul. She taught 4th grade in the Twin Cities. On June 21, 1958, she married James Dailey at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in Mankato. Throughout her life, Kathleen served on the boards of Meals on Wheels, MRCI, Good Counsel Academy Alumni Association, and Benedicts Club. She was a member of the Mankato Curling Club and the Mankato Golf Club. She was one of the founders of the combined Immanuel-St. Joseph's Hospital's Chrysanthemum Ball, the first step in the merger of the previously two competitive hospitals. She is survived by her husband James, and six children; Mari Dailey, Moorhead, MN, Jay (Willa), Mankato, MN, Kevin (Yolanda), Menomonee Falls, WI, Jeanne (Jay) Corn, Greenwood Village, CO, Maureen (Michael) Duff, Omaha, NE, and Megan Dailey, Burnsville, MN; six grandchildren, Patti and Cameron Dailey-Ruddy, Maddie and LCpl William Dailey USMC, Jack and Molly Duff, and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents; sisters Sheila and Sr. Jean Patrice, CSJ and brothers John, Bob, and Tim. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Monday, October 5, 2015, at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Mankato, MN. Visitation will be on Sunday, October 4, 2015 from 1 - 3 p.m., at Northview-North Mankato Mortuary. Memorials are preferred to the ECHO Food Shelf, Wounded Warrior Project, Food Allergy Network-Peanut Allergy Division, 11781 Lee Jackson Hwy, Fairfax, VA 22033 or the donor's choice.
