Mankato Mortuary 1001 N. Riverfront Drive Mankato, MN 56001 (507) 388-2202 Yoeuth Bun Soung, age 71, of Mankato, passed away peacefully at Autumn Grace Assisted Living. A Visitation and Cambodian Prayer Service will be held from 9-11 a.m. on Monday, August 31, 2015, at Mankato Mortuary. A celebration of life will be held later at the Farmington Temple. Yoeuth was born March 2, 1944, in Battambang, Cambodia. She immigrated to the US and settled in Mankato in May 1981. She was a devote Buddhist and absolutely adored her grandchildren. Her passions in life included sewing, cooking, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. Yoeuth is survived by her three children, Ms. Theary Chhoun of Mankato, Mapoon (Chad) Fletcher of North Mankato, and Mapin (Melissa) Chhoun of Mankato; grandchildren, Emily, Kosol and Jetero Chhen, Madilynne, Breseas, and Hayden Fletcher, and Olivia and Jackson Chhoun. Yoeuth was preceded in death by her parents.
