Funeral service 10:30 a.m., Thursday July 23, 2015 at Hosanna Lutheran Church with Rev. Dennis Heiden officiating. Burial at Tivoli Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 - 7 p.m., Wednesday at Mankato Mortuary and continue one hour before the service at the church on Thursday. Konner J. Melvin was born May 24, 1995 to John and Tamera (Flicek) Melvin in Mankato. He attended St. Clair school from K - 11 and graduated from Mankato East High School in 2013. Konner was employed by Cambria of LeSueur. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, four wheeling, longboarding, his family and many friends. Survived by his father, John Melvin of Mankato; mother, Tamera (Joel) Mosher of St. Clair; two sisters, Kylie and Kara Melvin both of Mankato; brother, Kory Mosher of St. Clair; maternal grandmother, Yvonne (Stanley) Andresen of Mankato; maternal grandfather, Eugene (Val) Flicek of Amboy; paternal grandmother, Darlene (Jerry Baker) Melvin of Mankato; aunts and uncles, Jeff Flicek, Ricky (Tammy) Melvin, Susan (Mark) Rutten, Lori (Tim) Manley, Eileen (Mike) Oachs, Caryl (Gary) Olson, Sharon Johnson (Tom Veigel), Lois (Roger) Nicholas; many close friends. Preceded in death by his grandfather, Warren Melvin; grandparents, Willis and Fern Mosher.
