Jennie grew up in Burnsville where she graduated high school in 1992. After high school, she earned an accounting degree and worked various jobs. On March 25, 2006, Jennie married the love of her life Mark Dooley at Christ the King Lutheran Church. Together, the couple loved spending time at their home on Madison Lake, camping, working on her beautiful flower gardens and playing with the dogs. Her favorite time was spent with her many nieces and nephews; ones she loved as if they were her own children. She also was very supportive in the fight against cancer and ran many 5K's to help the cause. In her free time, she loved traveling with Mark all across the country and around the world. In 2010, Jennie accomplished her dream of becoming a nurse; graduating from Rasmussen College as an LPN. She was passionate about caring for people and found herself as part of a big family in the Mankato Clinic. Even after her cancer diagnosis, she was concerned about when she would be able to get back to the OBGYN unit and be with them. Jennie passed away peacefully May 2, 2015 and ended her battle with cancer. Even though cancer took her life, it was never able to take her spirit. Her smile and optimism will greatly be missed by her husband, Mark Dooley; parents, Joel and Patricia Marxhausen; brother, Nathan (Lennea) Marxhausen; sister, Mandie (Andy) Graff; grandparents, Lee Marxhausen and Betty Engholm; brother-in-law, Mike (Tina) Dooley; sisters-in-law, Deb (Larry) Elseman and Sandy (Gary) Sager; 11 nieces and nephews; many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, mother-in-law, Betty Dooley and father-in-law, Donald Dooley.
