Northview ~ North Mankato Mortuary 2060 Commerce Drive North Mankato, Minnesota 56003 507-388-2288 Mark D. Stephens, age 60, of St. Clair, died Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at his home. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m., Monday, April 20, 2015 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church with Fr. Andy Olsem officiating. Visitation will be from 2-5 p.m., Sunday, April 19, 2015 at Northview ~ North Mankato Mortuary and will continue one hour prior to the service at church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Mark was born January 10, 1955 to Raymond and Bette (Klingel) Stephens in Mankato. He graduated from Mankato High School and went on to attend business school in the twin cities. Mark worked for Continental Can for 15 years before working at Waddell and Reed Inc. for 5 years. He was a partner in Advanced Wealth Advisors group. Mark was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. He enjoyed reading, and was an avid golfer and sports fan. Mark traveled with his friends to play various golf courses around the country. He was a wine connoisseur and enjoyed attending wine tastings and pairings. Mark is survived by his fiancé, Marsha Heller; brother, Greg Stephens; Marsha's children, Johannah and Jonathan Heller; and many family and friends. Mark was preceded in death by his parents.
