Visitation will be held at Lake Crystal Mortuary from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, April 16, 2015. Visitation will continue Friday afternoon from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. James Lewis was born June 19, 1937 in Lake Crystal to Art and Dolly (Stenerson) Lewis, one of seven children. At the age of 14, Jim started to drive truck and put in over 60 years of driving on the road. Jim loved to spend time at Jackpot and be with friends. Jim died at his home on April 13, 2015. He leaves behind many who will miss his big smile; including his longtime partner, Kris Blachowske; sons, Mike, Tim (Sarah), Scott (Deb), Jamie; daughter, Beth; grandchildren, Kaci (Keith), Jayson, BJ, Danielle (Josh), Samantha, Andrea, Meghan, Kyle, and Kaylea; great grandchildren, Tyler and Damin; sister-in-law, LaVola Lewis and brother-in-law, Irvin Neumann. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Gordy, Dean, Dale, Darrell, and Danny; sister, Marlene.
