Bradley Steven Loeffler was born December 10, 1971 the second son of Harold and Corine (Frank) Loeffler. He grew up on a family farm with his two brothers, Brian and Bruce. Brad was baptized and confirmed at the Salem Lutheran Church in Eagle Lake. Brad accomplished a lot in his short life. He was a runner up and two time high school state wrestling champion. He led the St. Clair High School to a state football championship and is one of Minnesota's all-time leading rushers. St. Clair High School retired his #34 football jersey. After high school, Brad attended South Dakota State University in Brookings where he earned a degree in agronomy. Brad also wrestled in college, where he earned All-American honors twice. Even with a list of accomplishments too long to list, Brad remained humble. While in college Brad met his best friend and love of his life, Stephanie. The couple married December 16, 2000 in Milbank, South Dakota. Brad was excited to come home and continue farming, a job he began at a young age. He was even more excited to become a father; one of the greatest lessons Brad taught his children was to, "Respect others and others will respect you." He loved to play ball with them in the yard, share his passion of farming and go on family vacations. Brad continued his support for St. Clair by coaching wrestling for twelve years. He loved spending time with his fishing buddies on their annual Canadian fishing trip up the Graham Road and being able to be a one-of-a-kind guy; his humor was contagious. Brad was a proud member of the St. Clair community, past president of the Corn Growers Association and a faithful disciple of Hosanna Lutheran Church. Brad's faith was one to be admired, one he wasn't afraid demonstrate.
