Northview ~ North Mankato Mortuary 2060 Commerce Drive North Mankato, Minnesota 56003 Thomas "Tom" Becker, age 61, of Janesville, died Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at the University of Minnesota - Fairview Hospital. Memorial service will be held at 12 NOON, on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at the Northview ~ North Mankato Mortuary, with Rev. Patrick Patterson officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. and continue until the time of the service. Burial will be at a later date. Memorials may be given to International Quality Homecare. Thomas was born January 16, 1954 to James and Dorothy (Muellerleile) Becker in Mankato. He went to school in Mankato. Tom was united in marriage to Robin Allen on July 23, 1977 in Mankato. He worked for Brown Printing and Birds Eye in Waseca. Tom was a member of the Moose Lodge 1414 in Mankato. He loved riding his motorcycle, boating, working on cars, and working with his hands. Tom especially loved spending time with his family and taking the grandchildren camping. Tom is survived by his wife, Robin; children, James (Kara) Becker, Angie (Tim) Becker, and Tasha (Greg) Moulton; grandchildren, Breanna, Ashley, Courtney, Madison, Hailey, Hunter, Ashleigh, and Ethan; sisters, Barb (Bob) Tesch, Jean Svir, and Lisa (Scott) Pierson; brothers-in-law, Mike Becker and Harvey (Joyce) Allen; many nieces and nephews; and best friend, James Hawes. Tom was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Terry Becker; niece, Jessica Tesch; and mother-in-law, Margaret Allen.
