Northview ~ North Mankato Mortuary 2060 Commerce Drive North Mankato, Minnesota 56003 507-388-2288 Theresa "Terry" Becker, age 63, of St. Peter, died Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at her home after a lengthy battle with cancer. Funeral Service will be at 12 NOON, Saturday, March 7, 2015 at Northview ~ North Mankato Mortuary with Rev. Patrick Patterson, officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. and continue until the service. Burial will be at a later date. Theresa Mary Becker was born July 21, 1951 to James and Dorothy (Muellerleile) Becker in Mankato. She graduated from Good Counsel and went on to Cosmetology School. In the fall of 1985, she met Michael Becker and they have been together ever since. Terry worked for Carlson Craft in the Pre-Press department for 30+ years. She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post 950, Moose Lodge, and Redmen Club as a Pocahontas. Terry loved fishing, reading, listening to music, gardening, and spending time with family. Terry is survived by her long-time companion, Michael Becker; sisters, Barb (Bob) Tesch, Jean Svir, and Lisa (Scott) Pierson; brother, Tom (Robin) Becker; nieces and nephews, James Becker, Angie Becker, Jason Tesch, Megan Svir, and Zachary Svir; brothers-in-law, Duke (Pam) Becker and James Becker; and many other family and friends. Terry was preceded in death by her parents; and niece, Jessica Tesch.
