"Jeanie" Hartman, age 84, of North Mankato, died Saturday, February 28, 2015, at Cottagewood Senior Community in Mankato. A private family service will be held at a later date. Northview-North Mankato Mortuary assisted the family. Jeanie was born April 6, 1930, in North Mankato to Edgar and Myrtle (Robinson) Swan. She married Eugene "Gene" Hartman on August 22, 1948, at First Christian Church in Mankato. Together they were blessed with three children. Jeanie is survived by her husband, Gene; children, Larry Hartman, Roxanne Hartman Hurry, and Scott Hartman; eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
