Service 10 a.m. Friday at Mankato Mortuary with viewing one hour prior to service. Burial in Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Survivors include five siblings, Carol Pattishall of St. Peter, Charles Flynn of Mankato, Jim (Kim) Flynn of Northfield, Lois (Milo) Holey of Montgomery, Linda Celander of Kasota; nieces, nephews, and cousins. Preceded in death by his parents, John "Jack" and Elizabeth "Betty" Flynn, two siblings, Thomas Flynn and Shirley Hemish; niece, Carrie Lynn Barnes and a nephew, Corey Lee Nelson.
