Northview ~ North Mankato 2060 Commerce Drive North Mankato, MN 56003 507-388-2288 A celebration of life for Aaron Dunigan, age 37 of Mankato will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 31, 2015 at Crossview Covenant Church in North Mankato. Fellowship and lunch will follow the service at the church. A private family burial will be held at Calvary Cemetery. Northview ~ North Mankato Mortuary has been entrusted with services. Aaron Dunigan was born May 24, 1977 in Emmetsburg, IA to John Patrick Dunigan and Geri Maday. He grew up and attended school in Fairmont. He was blessed to have married his best friend and high school sweetheart, Amy (Flanagan) November 9, 2002 at St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Fairmont. The proudest moments in Aaron's life was when he became a father to Dylan on April 10, 2008 and Drew was born May 19, 2011; his boys meant the world to him. Since his early 20's, Aaron worked hard at flipping houses and was determined to support his family. From February of 2005 to May of 2011, Aaron was employed with Lager's Used Car Sales. In 2011, he had the confidence and support to start his own home inspection business, Premier Inspections, LLC. Aaron loved spending time with his boys fishing, boating and going on family vacations. Aaron was a member of Crossview Covenant Church and was always willing to help others before himself. After a year and a half long battle with cancer - one fought with strength, determination and God's grace; Aaron passed away at his home on January 27, 2015. He is survived by his wife, Amy Dunigan and two children Dylan and Drew; mother, Geri Maday and father, John Patrick Dunigan; brother, John Dunigan and his daughters Hali and Shanna, sister, Sarah (Luke) Madsen and their son, Matthew; mother and father-in-law, Barb and Tim Flanagan; sister-in-law, Lisa (Bob) Topp and their son Aiden; grandmother, Lois R.
