Richard James Willson, 55, of Mankato died unexpectedly at his home on March 31, 2012.

A memorial visitation will be held at Michelles home at 115 Meray Blvd., Mankato, on Wednesday, April 4 from 2:00-8:00 p.m

Richard was born October 9, 1956, to Daniel and Ruby (Krohn) Willson in St. Peter, MN. He attended St. Peter High School and was a graduate of Mankato Vo-Tech. Richard has worked for Johnson Outdoors for the last 16 years. He married Michelle OuYang on October 22, 2000, in China.

Richard is survived by his wife, Michelle. Also survived by three children: Nicole, Jeremy, and Joey, one stepson Kirby, six brothers: Pat of Austin, Steve (Karen) of Mankato, John of Kasota, Curt (Marlene) of St. Peter, Charles of St. Peter, Doug (Jody) of St. Peter, four sisters: Karen Strand of Kasota, Linda (Ken) Derner of Kasota, Betty (Dayle) Maas of Kasota, Mary Jo (Marty) of St. Peter, and many neices and nephews.
