Elizabeth Arlene Hase, age 81, of Mankato, died Tuesday, August, 21, 2012 at Oaklawn Health Care Center in Mankato surrounded by her family.

Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 25, 2012 at Epiphany Lutheran Church in Eagle Lake with Rev. Todd Substad officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Visitation with family will be from 9:30 a.m., until the 11:00 a.m., service. Mankato Mortuary in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Oaklawn Health Care Center Activities fund or the M.S. Society.

Elizabeth was born November 2, 1930 to Harlie and Viola (Zuehlsdorf) Money in Richville, Minnesota. She graduated from Frazee High School in 1948. Elizabeth was united in marriage to Warren Walter Hase on March 10, 1951 in Wausau, WI. She was a member of Epiphany Lutheran Church in Eagle Lake. Elizabeth enjoyed cooking, canning, sewing, embroidery, gardening, and was an avid member of Oaklawn Bell Choir.

Elizabeth is survived by her husband of 61 years, Warren Hase; son, Gary (Elizabeth) Hase of Waseca; daughter, Lora (James) Brady of Mankato; three step grandchildren, Devon, Madison, and Bannon; three step great-grandchildren, Jacob, Kiya, and Lillian; three brothers, Roger (Sandy) Money of WA, Duane (Kathy) Money of WA, Ronald (Sandi) Money of Fridley, MN; sister, Donna (Leslie) Heimark of Pelican Rapids, MN; daughter in law, Betty Hase of Oregon; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents; son, Willard in 2002; three infant sons; two infant daughters; brothers, Willard Money in 1935 and Kenneth Money in 2001; granddaughter, Jessica in 2010.
