Cindy D Nelson-Glaze

Cindy D. Nelson-Glaze, of Mapleton, formerly of Jasper, Alabama, died Friday, May 2, 2008 at Immanuel-St. Joseph's Hospital, Mankato.

A Private family service was held. Mankato Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Cindy was born in Jasper, Alabama on September 26, 1957. She was a very compassionate person who loved to meet new people and face new adventures. Cindy and her late husband, Louis L. Lindsay went on the road together as commercial drivers for various companies. Cindy enjoyed being able to explore many different place across the United States. She moved to Mankato shortly after Louis' death to be close to her family.

Cindy is survived by her three children, Scott Young, James (Tara) Young, and Carrie (Patrick) Lawell; four grandchildren, Kayleigh, Bailey, Brianna, and Logan; father and step-mother, Johnnie and Edna Nelson; step-father, Frank E. Snow; three sisters, Beth Ringler, LeeAnn Fuller, and Connie Rogers; two brothers, Ben Snow and Johnnie T. Nelson; several nieces and nephews. Cindy was preceded in death by her mother, Fae N. Snow; husband, Louis L. Lindsay; and sister, Penny Nelson.
