Darlene J. Sabo, age 67 of Mankato died Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at Oaklawn Health Care Center, Mankato.

Memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 19, 2012 at S.S. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Mankato. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at the church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Mankato. Memorials are preferred to the CADA House. Mankato Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements.

Darlene was born June 23, 1944 to Lewis M. and Helen Ann (Goettl) Jensen in Mankato, MN. She attended S.S. Peter and Paul Catholic grade school and graduated from Marion High School in Owatonna in 1962. Darlene worked for Taylor Corp and for Corporate Graphics. She was a member of S.S. Peter and Paul Catholic Church and enjoyed time with her friends and doing her job.

Darlene is survived by her sister, Cheryl Edwards of North Mankato; nephews; niece and cousins.

Darlene was preceded in death by her parents, brother and a nephew.
