Dewey Fox

E. Dewey Fox, age 93, of Madison Lake, died on Tuesday, December 22, 2009 at Pathstone Living.

Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Mankato Mortuary with Rev. Jay Dahlvang officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service. Burial will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.

Dewey was born on October 9, 1916 in Janesville, Minnesota to Elmer and Clara (Miller) Fox. He graduated from Mankato High School. Dewey served in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II. Dewey met Thelma Baisch in the service and they were united in marriage in Michigan. He was a member of the Eagle Lake American Legion. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.

Dewey is survived by his sister, Iona Bursaw of Madison Lake; and nieces and nephews.

Dewey was preceded in death by his parents; wife; one brother; and one sister.
