Joyce L Attenberger

Joyce Lois Attenberger, age 77, of Mankato died Monday, December 24, 2007 at Hillcrest Health Care Center, Mankato after a battle with cancer.

A memorial visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m., Friday, December 28, 2007 at Mankato Mortuary.

Joyce was born November 26, 1930 in Sleepy Eye, MN. She had been employed by ADC Products for 30 years. After retirement she had worked part-time for Atlantis Plastics. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and watching harness racing.

Joyce is survived by her children, Marlene Melvin of Mankato, David (Vicki) Attenberger of Chico, CA; three grandchildren, Mike (Tabitha) Melvin of Mankato, Matt Melvin of Mankato, David Attenberger Jr. of Chico, CA; three great-grandchildren, Reese Melvin, Jocelyn Melvin, and Angelina Attenberger; four brothers, Dennis (Bonnie) Hummel of Springfield, MS, Donald Guth of St. Peter, James (Ginger) Guth of Kasota, Roger Guth of Kasota; three sisters, Patsy Fisher of St. Peter, Lois (Roger) Steinborn of Henderson, Sharon Nagel of LeSueur; sister-in-law, Eileen Attenberger of Kasota; special friend, Carol Drantell; niece, Terry (Dan) Regenscheid; and many other nieces and nephews.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Ronald and Caroline Guth; son-in-law, Warren Melvin.
