Shawn M Marxen

Shawn M. Marxen, age 31, of North Mankato died, Saturday, November 17, 2007.

Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 21, 2007 at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Mankato with Rev. Paul Lauer, officiating. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, November 20, at Mankato Mortuary and will continue one hour before service at church on Wednesday. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to a Trust Fund for his two daughters.

Shawn was born December 30, 1975 to Ricky H. Copp and Helen B. Marxen in Faribault. On July 20, 2002 he married Elizabeth Maus at Our Savior's Lutheran Church. He had been employed with Viessmen Trucking, Napa, the Mankato Free Press, and was currently working for R & R Tire. Shawn enjoyed riding bicycle, camping, mud bogging, and being outdoors.

Shawn is survived by his two daughters, Orianna and Danica; mother, Helen Marxen of Eagle Lake; father, Rick Copp of Hastings; sister, Syndi (Sean) Nielsen of Fairmont; brother, Bill Lundin Jr. of Moose Lake; grandparents, Leo and Ann Wunderlich of Faribault; nieces and nephews, Maya and Thomas Lundin, Jesika and Starr Nielsen, Anthony Lundin; aunts and uncles including, David Marxen and fianc", Tina Cruz of Eagle Lake, Bill (Nancy) Marxen of St. James, Dwayne Marxen, Pauline (Al) Landey all of Daleville, AL, Linda (Jim) Wood of Milton, FL, Patti (Jim) Miller of Faribault and many cousins.
