Arnold F Mathwig

Arnold F. Mathwig, age 88, of North Mankato, died Tuesday, September 4, 2007 at the Mankato Lutheran Home.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 7, 2007 at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Mankato, with Rev. Paul A. Lauer officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in St. Nicholas Catholic Cemetery in rural Nicollet. Mankato Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Arnold is survived by his three daughters, Debbie Tolzman, Ann Provencial, and Betty Mathwig; one son, John Mathwig; seven grandchildren; two brothers, Henry and Richard Mathwig; one sister, Alice (Bob) Sunthimer; also nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Minnie (Witte) Mathwig; wife, Luella in 2005; three sisters, Viola, Velma, and Loretta; one brother, Elger.
