Colttin T Franklin

Infant Colttin Todd Franklin died Thursday, August 9, 2007 at his home in Lake Crystal from S.I.D.S.

Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 13, 2007 at Cleveland Lutheran Cemetery in Cleveland, MN with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. Pastor Gene Alms is officiating. Mankato Mortuary is handling the services.

Born prematurely on May 20, 2007 to Kassi-jo Ziegler and Nathaniel Franklin of Lake Crystal, he spent most of his short life in the hospital. Colttin was our little fighter from day one. His instant smiles at the sound of our voice would lift our spirits and fill our hearts with happiness. In the short time he spent at home with us he loved being outside and going for long walks or car rides. Colttin's presence has touched so many lives in such a short time. He will be greatly missed by Mommy and Daddy and many others. We will continue to hold his memories close to us and one day we will meet up with him again. We love you Colttin.

Colttin is survived by his parents; grandparents, Anthony and Heather Ziegler of Lake Crystal, Kevin and Lori Franklin of Butternut; uncles, Jordan Ziegler of Lake Crystal, Jeremy (Angie) Franklin of New Ulm; aunts, Lindsey, Haley, Mariah and Natashlyn Ziegler all of Lake Crystal, Jessica (Jason) McGinly of Anoka, Summer (Eugene) Franklin of Butternut; ten Great Grandparents; six Great-Great Grandparents; and many other extended family members.

Colttin was preceded in death by his aunt, Izabella Ziegler; three paternal great grandparents and five maternal great-great grandparents.
