Warren R Todd

Warren R. Todd, age 89 of Mankato, died Friday, March 26, 2010 at Oaklawn Health Care Center in Mankato.

Memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, April 2, 2010 at Mankato Mortuary with Rev. Jacek Soroka officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Mankato. Visitation will be held one hour before the service on Friday.

Warren R. Todd was born July 20, 1920 to Clarence and Kate (Panter) Todd in St. Clair. After attending school Warren served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II in the Pacific Theater. Warren was united in marriage to Evelyn Forrey on November 15, 1941. He worked as a food salesman/broker in Southern Minnesota for many years. Warren was a former member of SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church. He enjoyed handyman work, taking care of his yard, Glenn Miller music, WCCO radio, and watching the Minnesota Vikings.

Warren is survived by his five children, Pam (Don) Jespersen of Wells, Bobbi (Arlan) Miller of Prior Lake, Marcia (Steve) Schmitt of New Ulm, Mark Todd of Portland, OR, Joanne (Dan) Devens of Mankato; 16 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins.

Preceded in death by his wife, three brothers, and four sisters.
