Virginia Sellner

Virginia Sellner, age 88, of Mankato died Monday, August 2, 2010 at Sterling House, Mankato.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, August 5, 2010 at Mankato Mortuary. Visitation will be one hour before service on Thursday. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Mankato.

Virginia was born October 24, 1921 to Alfred and Clara (Hanson) Sexe in Mankato. She graduated from Lake Crystal High School. She was united in marriage to Arthur Sellner on January 20, 1944 in St. Peter. Virginia was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and enjoyed music and bowling.

Virginia is survived by a son, Michael (Shari) Sellner of Minneapolis; sister, Harriet Uhlhorn of Terre Haute, IN; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur; seven brothers and sisters.
