Margery (Boyer) Blumenshein

Margery P. (Boyer) Blumenshein, age 86, of North Mankato died at Immanuel St. Joseph's Hospital in Mankato on Friday, April 2, 2010.

A public visitation will be held from 9:00-10:00 am Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at Mankato Mortuary. A private family service will follow the visitation. Burial will be at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred to Pathstone Living Community.

Margery Blumenshein was born on May 20, 1923 to John and Beulah (Lowe) Carmichael. She graduated from Centerville High School in Iowa. She was united in marriage to Rollo Boyer in 1941. After Rollo's death, she later married Harold Blumenshein in 1991. She owned and operated Quick Print in Mankato for many years. She was a member of Gem and Mineral Club of Albert Lea.

She is survived by her husband, Harold; sons, Roger (Connie) Boyer, Rick (Anita) Boyer; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; many relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her first husband, Rollo.
